Order
For online orders, we have a convenient checkout system for placing of orders.
Simply click on the items you would love to purchase -> Fill in your contact details -> Confirm your delivery address -> Confirm mode of payment -> Checkout!
Alternatively, orders can be placed via email. Please include your name, shipping address, items and quantity you would like to order to sales@theorganichaven.com. We will follow up with you on the payment details.
Orders will be shipped once payment is received. No cancellations are allowed once order is processed and confirmed.
Payment
All prices are nett in Singapore dollars . We accept payment through:
* Paypal if you would like to make payment via Credit card (you do not need a Paypal account to make payment by Credit card) or
* Bank transfer which can be done through ATM, at the Bank counter or through the internet. Please do let us know once the bank transfer is completed.
Shipping
We will usually take 1-2 business days to process your order. In the event where your order is delayed due to an out of stock situation, we will advise you via email on the expected delivery date.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.
We use Singpost for local orders and the shipping cost is borne by the customer.
We will not be responsible for items lost during delivery; therefore we strongly encourage you to opt for registered mail. Registered mail will be an additional cost of S$2.24.
For delivery outside of Singapore, please email us for details on the shipping rate. We will inform you if we are unable to ship to certain countries. For international customers, please kindly note that you will need to bear any custom and/or tax charges incurred during delivery of order in your country.
Address corrections/Invalid Addresses
Please ensure that the delivery address provided to us is correct. The customer will be responsible for any additional postage incurred for the second delivery. We certainly hope this doesn’t happen!
