Stock
We try our best to maintain sufficient inventory. However, should there be any items that you wish to order but is out of stock, please do drop us an email at info@theorganichaven.com and we will certainly look into it.
Please note that we have the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reasons. We will refund any amount paid to us in any such cases.
Price
We reserve the right to make changes to the price without prior notice.

Gift Vouchers
The Organic Haven reserves the rights to amend any terms and conditions stated for the gift vouchers.

Pre-Orders
Customers are required to make payment for products ordered via pre-orders. It will be processed as per a normal order and will be delivered to you once the shipment arrives from our supplier. Please note that items pre-ordered cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Colours of Products
Please note that due to monitor settings, the colour of the actual products may differ from the colour you see on your monitor.  We make all effort to display the colours as close to the actual colours as possible.

Exchanges and Refunds
We make every effort to ensure the quality of our products!  And we really hope that you will be happy with your purchase.  All sales are final and items sold are not exchangeable or refundable.  However, if it is due to a manufacturer’s defect, if email us the details and we will make an exchange for it.  You may do so within 3 days upon receipt of your order.  The postage and delivery charges for the returns will be borne by the customer.

Should the item that you would need to exchange be out of stock, you can opt for another item of a similar price or top up for one that is of a higher value. We can issue you a store credit for the value of the returned item for your next purchase if you prefer.
 
All items for exchange must be returned in their original packaging, unused and with all tags in place. 

Sales or items on offer cannot be exchanged.
