- How do I know if my order is confirmed?
You will receive an email stating that your order is being processed. And once your order is delivered, we will send another email to notify you.
- Does the purchase of a gift voucher qualify for the store credits that The Organic Haven is offering to customers?
Yes. As long as the order adds up to a minimum of a S$100 purchase, a S$5 discount coupon be emailed to you.
- What if the item I would like to order is out of stock?
Please do drop us an email at info@theorganichaven.com and we could arrange to order it for you. Occasionally, we do organise pre-orders too.
- What is your exchange policy?
All sales are final and items sold are not exchangeable or refundable. However, if it is due to a manufacturer’s defect, do email us the details and we will make an exchange for it. You may do so within 3 days upon receipt of your order.
- How often do you have new stocks and products coming in?
We are constantly on a lookout for new products that are of good quality for our customers. So do check out our website often for new additions!
